Facade Direction

A modern exterior built around privacy and rhythm.

The concept uses CMU block screens to protect the upper-floor windows while creating a memorable pattern from the street. The clean white massing is balanced with black gates and warm timber at the entry.

Material Logic

Two screen moods, one refined identity.

The gallery compares a light CMU screen with a stronger dark-screen option, helping the client understand how color changes the facade presence without changing the architectural language.
